Confidentiality

Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. may obtain and document client information listed below:

  • Client’s full name, telephone number, email address.

  • Type of service rendered, date of service and location of service.

Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. will not share any client information without consent from the client. Therefore, all client information will remain confidential.

Service Appointment

Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time (with or without cause.)

New clients and existing clients may book a service appointment by phone, email or online at www.skymirrordetailing.com. A service appointment is not officially booked until your retainer fee (deposit) has been processed. Your retainer fee is applied to your grand total at the end of your appointment. Please note: All services will be charged with tax.

Condition of Vehicle

Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC will evaluate the client’s vehicle during the estimate (or prior to the scheduled appointment.) Any visible damages or parts of the vehicle that have high risk of being damaged, will be addressed to the client before the service appointment. Please note: Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. will not be held responsible for any damages to vehicle. 

If any portion of the client’s vehicle breaks down due to wear and tear during a service, Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. will not be held responsible for any damages to vehicle. However, the technician may be able to assist the client in finding a solution to repair the damaged part. Valuable or Personal Property

Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. will not be responsible for any lost or damaged personal property in the client’s vehicle cabin.

All clients are responsible for removing any valuable or personal property from their vehicle cabin before the time of their scheduled appointment. Any excessive rubbish must be removed prior to the client’s scheduled appointment. If excess rubbish is not removed by the client, the technician may charge an additional fee.

Hazmat or Biohazards

Please notify Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. to discuss the removal or extraction of any hazmat or biohazards that may be in the vehicle cabin. Proper arrangements must be made prior to the client’s appointment. Please submit all related inquiries to skymirrordetailing@gmail.com. All inquiries will be replied to within 24 business hours.

Hazmats and Biohazards may include but are not limited to: toxic mold, vomit, blood, urine, feces, and other bodily fluids etc. An additional hazmat or biohazard fee may be charged. The technician will discuss all surcharges upfront prior to the service appointment.

If a client fails to report any hazmat or bodily fluids, they will forfeit their retainer fee (deposit) and may risk having their appointment cancelled or rescheduled.

Retainer Fee

A retainer fee is a deposit that is paid for at the time of booking a service appointment. The retainer fee is ($59.00 USD). After services are completed, the retainer fee will be applied to the grand total. If the client fails to show up to their scheduled appointment, shows up late (15 minutes) without proper notice, or cancels their scheduled appointment passed the cancellation window (24 hours), they will forfeit their retainer fee. Therefore, the retainer fee will not be applied to the grand total.

Late Fee

If a client shows up more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, a 10% late fee will be applied after services are completed. To avoid this fee, the client must give 24 hours notice to reschedule their appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, the client will be subject to paying a cancellation fee of $99.00 USD.

Confirmation

Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. will confirm a service appointment 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The customer may choose to be reached by phone call or text. If the client fails to confirm their appointment, their appointment may be canceled.

If an appointment is canceled due to the client’s failure to confirm their appointment, the client will forfeit their retainer fee (deposit).

Rescheduling

Clients must notify Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment to reschedule their service appointment. Otherwise, the client will be subject to paying a late rescheduling fee of $59.00 USD.

If a client chooses to reschedule their appointment before the 24 hour grace period, they will not be charged a late rescheduling penalty or an additional retainer fee.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made at the end of each service appointment. Cash, all major cards, personal check, Apple Pay and Venmo are all accepted forms of payment.

If the customer is unable to make payment due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be fined a fee of $59.00 USD per day until full payment is collected.

Venmo Payment

Venmo is an accepted form of payment. However, there will be a 3% transaction fee that will be added to the grand total at the end of the completed service appointment.

Otherwise, cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted with no additional fee. A digital square receipt will be provided at the end of each service appointment.

Card Transactions and Apple Pay

We accept all major cards (ex: Visa, Master, Amex, etc) and Apple Pay using our square reader. A receipt will be provided at the end of each service appointment.

Pricing

As of September 20, 2022, all rates listed on the menu are current. Please see our full menu here. Rates do not include Hawaii state Tax. Rates will be updated on squareapp and the company website. After October 31, 2022, all menu prices from previous flyers will be void. Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. will not honor outdated rates.

Pricing on certain services are subject to vary depending on condition of vehicle and size of vehicle. A thorough evaluation is made prior to rendering any services. The client will receive an estimate based on the evaluation and may choose to decline services or change services.

If the client chooses to decline services without rescheduling, they will forfeit their retainer fee. Any surcharges that may apply will be addressed to the client before a service appointment.

Consultations

Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. offers free 30-minute consultations M-F during operation hours (8:00am-6:00pm) that must be booked in advance. No retainer fee is collected for consultations.

However, all service appointment will include a thorough evaluation during the estimate.

Ceramic Coating

A consultation is required for ceramic coating appointments. If a consultation is not booked, Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. will attempt to reach the client to book the consultation.

All ceramic coatings are covered under a specific warranty, depending on whichever option the client chooses. This includes (a) 1-Year Warranty, (b) 3-Year Warranty, or (c) 5-Year Warranty. All clients must follow proper care instructions to ensure the ceramic coating installation lasts throughout their purchased warranty.

After a ceramic coating is installed, the technician will instruct the client on how to properly care for their vehicle. Clients must follow the proper care instructions given by their technician in order to extend the quality and longevity of their coat. If the client fails to follow the proper care instructions, they may risk degradation or damage to their ceramic coating. If the client chooses to disregard proper care instructions and damages their vehicle, their warranty may become void.

Proper washing, drying and applying special polishes are required to maintain your ceramic coating. It is advised that clients do not use mechanical car washes, gas station car washes, or free car washes etc. Doing so may damage the ceramic coating installation. Ceramic coatings must be maintained with specially formulated solutions.

If a client chooses to have their vehicle serviced or maintained at another auto detailer after the ceramic coating is installed at Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC., the client may risk damage to their ceramic coating. If a ceramic coating is damaged by another auto detailer, the client forfeits their warranty.

If a client is not satisfied with their service, they may notify Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. to be referred to another auto detailer.

All ceramic coatings installed by Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. are eligible for Maintenance Packages and Gentle Washes at a special discounted rate, when the client signs up for the loyalty program.

In case of a vehicle collision or accidental damage, please notify Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. for further assistance in case a reinstallation is required to repair your ceramic coating.

Loyalty Program

All clients who have received services from Sky Mirror Detailing, LLC. is eligible to apply for the loyalty program. At this time, there are no promotional newsletters or emails being sent from our website in relation to this program.

If clients choose to sign up for the loyalty program, they will be eligible for discounts on a Gentle Wash or Maintenance Wash at the choosing of their desired frequency that is offered at the time of signing up.

The rescheduled cancellation, and late fee will still be applicable to this service. For more information on this program, please visit our sign up page.
